Session 3: How to plan a successful marketing campaign

• Where to start when planning your marketing campaign
• Brand examples of good and bad campaigns, methods, techniques and templates to use
• Determining which channels are best to use, when and why

Session 4: Measuring marketing performance, evaluation & control

• Learn how to analyse your past marketing campaigns
• How to establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for your marketing campaign
• Tools to use to measure campaign performance
• Brand examples of CLTV (Customer Life Time Value) and other advanced techniques.

FORMAT AND WORKSHOP SIZE

This training day is taught as an instructor-led workshop with an appropriate mix of lecture, discussion and hands-on exercises. Please dress casually. We aim to limit the class size to 40 attendees. There is the opportunity to ask Jenna any questions throughout the day both as a group or independently.
